Why should I attend a Life Group?

The value of attending a life group

  1. The People Connection:

A Life Group is where you become part of the Body and established in the family.

This is where you make very important friends. You connect with others and you are no longer a stranger or a visitor in the church.

Family type relationships develop & your entire household benefits from this.

You have people around you to support you and stand by you.

Your relationship with the leadership of the church develops as you stay in the flow of communication from the church leadership.

You become part of a team in God’s workforce.

  2. The God Connection:

Life Group meetings are a time to be in worship.

Life Group meetings are opportunities to receive from the Word.

Life Group is a place to receive ministry in His Spirit.

Life Group is a place to experience His love through others.

Life Group is a place to spend time in prayer and in His presence.

  3. The Ministry Connection:

    1. Other people need you and your ministry giftings:
You have something to give: your encouragement (your presence in the Life Group is already an encouragement – but your input and strengthening and support of others is even more vital), your wisdom, your fellowship and your gifts.

    2. Ministry development:
      You grow in prayer
      You grow in worship
      You grow in the gifts
      You grow in reaching out
